1️⃣ Foreign PEP – Head of state / minister of FOREIGN country. Always High-Risk. EDD mandatory.
2️⃣ Domestic PEP – UK MP / Judge / Senior Civil Servant. Risk-based assessment.
3️⃣ International Org PEP – UN, IMF, World Bank senior officials.
4️⃣ By Association – Family (spouse, children, parents) + Close Associates (business partners).
